📘 Booking Requirements

To confirm your booking, ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel. The age limit for participation is 10 to 68 years. A scanned passport copy must be submitted 60 days prior to departure, and the original passport should be provided 15 days before the Yatra for visa processing and permit approvals.

💳 Payment Policy

• ₹10,000 per person – Non-refundable booking deposit at the time of registration.

• 50% of the total cost – Payable 30 days before departure.

• Full payment – Must be completed before visa processing begins.

🧾 Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following charges apply:

• 10% deduction – If cancelled before 25 days of departure

• 25% deduction – If cancelled before 20 days of departure

• 50% deduction – If cancelled before 10 days of departure

• No refund – For cancellations made within 10 days of departure

The Kailash Mansarovar Yatra involves high-altitude trekking and remote travel conditions. All participants must be physically fit and medically cleared by their doctor before departure.
Acclimatization days are included to reduce the risk of altitude sickness. Avoid smoking, alcohol, or strenuous activity before or during the Yatra.
Carry your personal medicines, including Diamox tablets, and stay hydrated throughout the journey.
